I have been a health professional since 2003. I am passionate about body functionality, movement and health. During 13 years of experience and thanks to many clients I came across, I deepened my understanding of human movement and health. This allowed me to transform the health of myself, my family and my clients.
My motivation to help people started after a moment in my life when I was not able to be active due to pain. I tried all the solutions existing out there but nothing seemed to work. Being a recent graduate of Sport Science I went searching for answers why I was in pain. I travelled to the US, the UK and Denmark and learned and worked with the best professionals.
Many people who I helped were in the same situation as me. They have tried it all, and nothing worked. I was the last hope to relieve them from their pain. I am glad that I was there for them and seen many continuing enjoying their lives.

I work with anyone around the globe via live skype sessions.
This works particularly well for those professionals who want the motivation of a personal trainer to maintain their fitness. The service can also work well for those going on holiday who want to enjoy the extra time they have to work out or those who would like an on-going training with me in the comfort of their homes.
